As a Human Resources Generalist at KI Industries Inc., your responsibilities will include personnel management, recruiting, training, and compliance with work policies and procedures. This position will contribute to the success of the organization by ensuring that our human resources are aligned with strategic and operational objectives at the KI Mexico plants. Responsibilities Manage, control, promote and achieve the KPI's/objectives/goals of the department and promote KPI's of KI Mexico. Maintain updated employee files, including contracts and changes in working conditions. Manage employee hiring and termination processes, as well as licenses and permits. Advise employees on work policies and procedures. Ensure necessary services for employees. Training and Development: Identify training needs and collaborate in the design and execution of training programs. Support in the development of professional development plans for employees. Evaluate the impact of training on employee performance. Labor Relations: Collaborate in the management of labor relations, including conflict resolution and mediation. Maintain a harmonious work environment and promote organizational culture. Qualifications Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication. Problem solving.
