They operate across the entire region and offer end‑to‑end solutions for private label brand development. About the Role Product Lead/Manager – Oversee the full lifecycle of the consumer electronics portfolio, focusing on audio hardware. Manage product development from concept to production, collaborate with manufacturing partners in China, and drive continuous quality improvement across all stages. Responsibilities Lead product development from concept to production. Coordinate with factories in China for sourcing, prototyping, and production management. Drive continuous quality improvement at the product level. Operate within an EOS or similar accountability‑driven framework. Communicate clearly and challenge leadership when necessary. Manage in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment with ambiguity. Qualifications 5+ years of hardware product development experience, ideally in audio or similar consumer electronics. Direct hands‑on experience working with factories in China (sourcing, prototyping, production management). Track record of driving continuous quality improvement. Experience with EOS or similar frameworks. Direct, clear communicator who can push back on ideas and challenge leadership. Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment with ambiguity. Fluent in English. Residence required: candidates must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
