We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-facing DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to interact directly with client stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable application delivery Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release cycles Act as a customer-facing engineer, communicating effectively with stakeholders and addressing technical concerns Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using modern monitoring tools Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime Implement and maintain security best practices across environments Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.) Proficiency in scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP Experience with containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation Experience with configuration management tools: Ansible, Puppet, or Chef Strong understanding of monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive or manufacturing domain (nice to have) Exposure to security and compliance frameworks Familiarity with microservices architecture Soft Skills (Critical for this Role) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work in customer-facing environments Professional, reliable, and genuine candidate profile required Ability to work independently and handle client interactions confidently Additional Notes This is a high-visibility role, requiring direct interaction with client teams Only candidates with strong communication and authentic experience will be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
