Role Overview You’ll own the order lifecycle end-to-end — from invoice to delivery — across standard and custom B2B orders. This is a detail-driven, systems-heavy role where accuracy, follow-through, and clear communication matter. This is not a customer support or ticket-based role. You are responsible for making sure orders are correct, shipped correctly, and delivered on time — and for catching issues before customers do. Key Responsibilities Processing B2B orders including deposits, partial payments, and milestone billing Creating and reviewing invoices, deposits, and final balances Coordinating shipments across multiple warehouses and 3PLs Ensuring correct SKUs, quantities, freight, and delivery locations Communicating proactively with customers about order status or delays Flagging issues in inventory, fulfillment, or invoicing before they escalate Maintaining clean, accurate records across Shopify, ClickUp, Cin7, and accounting tools Collaborating with our supply chain, design, and sales teams to keep orders moving Qualifications 2+ years experience in order processing, operations, or fulfillment Experience handling B2B orders with complexity (customization, deposits, multiple shipments) Extremely high attention to detail — you notice inconsistencies others miss Strong written communication skills (clear, calm, and customer-focused) Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools Ownership mentality — you feel responsible for outcomes, not just tasks Why Join Us Be part of a mission-driven company making a real environmental impact Help launch and grow the Nothing brand into a household name #J-18808-Ljbffr
