Objective Drive the growth and optimization of the online store of Vans by increasing sales and enhancing customer experience through the analysis of performance metrics and KPIs across digital channels. The role leverages social media insights and Salesforce data to maximize reach, engagement, and personalized marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives. Day to day (main tasks) Ensure the e‑commerce platform is consistently updated with accurate product information, pricing, and content to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience. Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Manage, maintain, and analyze customer data in Salesforce to enable targeted marketing campaigns, ensure data integrity, and support accurate performance reporting. Monitor and analyze digital channel KPIs, delivering monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement recommendations. Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration or Communication. Previous experience: 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or the marketing area. Languages: Advanced English. Additional Qualifications: E-commerce Platforms & CMS, Web Analytics & Performance Tracking, Social Media & Content Strategy, CRM (Salesforce).
