We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.****Descripción:**Planificar, dirigir y coordinar las actividades de abastecimiento, reposición, almacenamiento y distribución de los maquinas, materiales y productos de la compañía.**Responsabilidades:**• Asignar y realizar un seguimiento de los pedidos de reabastecimiento con la planta de JLG NA o JLG León para las existencias del almacén.• Recibir, inspeccionar y almacenar máquinas de inventario a su llegada al almacén. Ingresar unidades al sistema de control de inventario.• Limpiar las máquinas que llegan y reparar daños menores por tránsito o defectos de fábrica. Reportar los defectos mayores al equipo de servicio de JLG México para la coordinación externa de la reparación.• Mantener el inventario limpio y ordenado para que lo inspeccionen los clientes o el personal de JLG.• Llevar a cabo el conteo físico periódico del inventario e informar por modelo y número de serie según lo indicado por el equipo de contabilidad de JLG.• Realizar una inspección previa a la entrega de cada unidad antes del envío o la recogida por parte del transporte del cliente.• Unidades de factura que se enviarán desde el almacén dentro del sistema de facturación y control de inventario de JLG Maquinaria.• Coordinar el envío de la máquina a los clientes mediante el transporte designado o proveedores aprobados por JLG.• Otros según se requiera.**Calificaciones básicas y deseables****Educación:*** Preparatoria terminada y/o carrera técnica* **Experiencia:*** Al menos 2 años dentro de compañía y preferentemente en el área de materiales, almacén, embarques.* Manejo de montacargas* Manejo de Office* Manejo de ERP* Manejo efectivo de la maquinaria* Idioma Inglés, nivel básico**Competencias requeridas:*** Compromiso* Comunicación* Enfoque a resultados* AutonomíaAdvance your career by advancing the world.
