Key Responsibilities Review and analyze daily production reports to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and improve manufacturing processes. Utilize statistical tools and Six Sigma methodology to enhance production outcomes (knowledge of Core Tools is desirable). Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, focusing on achieving measurable results. Maintain effective communication and provide leadership to ensure alignment and progress toward production goals. Demonstrate a results-driven approach, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required). Experience Proven experience in manufacturing processes (essential). Knowledge of statistical analysis and Six Sigma tools (desirable). Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC) is a plus. Languages : Conversational English required. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong data analysis capabilities, with attention to detail in identifying trends and driving solutions.
