Position Summary In this role, you will lead the comprehensive strategy for respiratory brands in the private and government markets, maximizing growth, leadership, and business sustainability through excellent omnichannel execution. You will ensure the ambition for the government market with strong cross‑functional collaboration and a clear focus on results, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and the competitive environment of the respiratory market. Responsibilities Strategic Definition: Develop and implement annual and medium‑term strategies, including positioning, segmentation of HCPs, and differentiated tactics by channel and market (private and institutional). Marketing Execution: Lead omnichannel campaigns, develop promotional materials, and ensure excellence in launches and tactical plans. Government Affairs and Access: Drive adoption and demand in institutions, promoting inclusion and growth in basic formularies and protocols. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Medical, Access, Finance, Legal, and Digital), ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution. Analysis and Results: Monitor key KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and guarantee efficient budget management. Leadership: Take responsibility for the brand plan, participating in internal forums and executive presentations with a focus on impact and results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in economic‑administrative areas, health sciences, or a related field. Strong experience in pharmaceutical marketing. Proven experience as a Product Manager (ideally with highly complex brands). Proven experience in government/institutional and private markets. Experience with cross‑functional work and presentations to senior leadership. Advanced English. Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate degree (desirable).
