Your Job We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who enjoys working across different types of roles and business needs. In this position, you will be the talent advisor for our Guadalajara Hub, leading searches for specialized IT roles while also supporting key corporate and administrative functions such as HR, Finance, Legal and others. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, influence hiring decisions with market insights, and help shape the next phase of growth for Koch. What You Will Do Own the full‑cycle recruitment process across Koch Lead and execute recruiting strategies for IT and administrative roles, adapting your approach to different stakeholder needs. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in Mexico and the US to understand current and future talent needs. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and identify the correct recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates for positions. Gather and analyze the IT labor market, talent supply/demand, and compensation trends to bring data‑driven insights that influence hiring decisions. Assess candidates based on Our Values and alignment with Principle Based Management and technical capabilities, manage candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Previous experience in recruiting, with a focus on IT positions. Experience communicating effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a business or professional setting. Experience building strategic, long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders, advising customers as a trusted advisor to drive better business outcomes. What Will Put You Ahead Previous experience with behavioral interviewing. Experience using ATS platforms (Avature, Taleo, etc.) to pipeline, track and engage with talent. Experience working with regional or global teams and processes. Experience applying AI technology within talent acquisition processes. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
