Impact You'll Make You will play a critical role in keeping our scroll compressor operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. By leading manufacturing engineering and maintenance for our Apodaca site, you help ensure high equipment availability, stable processes, and consistent product quality for customers across the HVAC industry. In this role, your work directly impacts productivity, cost, and delivery performance. You’ll turn technical challenges into opportunities for improvement while strengthening how we design, maintain, and operate our production lines. Just as importantly, you’ll develop and inspire a team of engineers and technicians, building a culture of ownership, problem solving, and continuous improvement that supports long-term operational excellence.
