Job Description A training supervisor is responsible for overseeing the training and development of employees within an organization. They play a critical role in ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively. Responsibilities Develop training programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. Identify training needs and design programs to address them. Create engaging training materials such as presentations, handouts, and e‑learning modules to effectively convey information. Maintain accurate training records, tracking completion dates for each employee. Collaborate with other departments to ensure training aligns with overall organizational needs. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development. Attend conferences and workshops for professional growth. Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources, organizational development, or education is often required, with some employers preferring a master’s degree.
