POSITION OBJECTIVE Administer our HR Systems (PIDA & Salesforce) for internal and BRP users worldwide, providing local support for PIDA Payroll T&A, troubleshooting and reporting. MAIN ACTIVITIES Maintain local HR systems (applications and hardware) under our responsibility and Taleo/SFDC global. Manage access to HR systems—PIDA / SFDC. Perform SFDC data reconciliation and daily monitoring of blocked requisitions. Provide SFDC operational support (password resets, role permissions, etc.). Debug and troubleshoot SFDC issues. Manage SFDC Experience Builder and site analytics for My BRP site. Generate SFDC reports for global BRP active population. Test and troubleshoot SFDC global job architecture. Upload global holiday calendar annually to SFDC. Run SFDC and plugin Delta reports. Support data integration between systems. Update Taleo weekly department mapping. Backup operational support for PIDA (MyBRP, Time & Attendance). Provide PIDA backup reporting (surveys, family center activities, vending machine, Toolcrib). Audit compliance for PIDA backup (sanity checks, PIDA version updates, interface connection, deactivated users, etc.). Data load and deactivation in CrossKnowledge. Internal HR Tech projects. Improve delivery processes using Agile methodology. Follow BRP values, ensure a safe working environment, and enforce quality policy. SKILLS HRIS Administration Salesforce Admin Certification Intermediate English Data analysis Customer service Problem solving EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years in a similar position. LANGUAGE Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal). English advanced (minimum 80 % proficiency), especially written.
