If you thrive in complex product environments and care deeply about design quality from concept to production, this role is for you.General Responsibilities: Create andmaintaina comprehensive Master Test Plan that outlines the testing scope and approach, ensuring thorough tests coverage to deliver a high-quality product, including hardware and external interfaces. Define test timelines andrequiredresource capacity in collaboration with Program Management, while regularly communicating test and quality status, risks, and critical updates to leadership and cross-functional teams. Standardize templates for test cases, test scripts, reviews, and bug reports, while defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics. Determinetheappropriate testlevels andtypes, andreview test cases to ensure alignment with functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads at the P50 level toestablishthe test strategy and approach for each requirement and the overall project. Create traceability between requirements and testing artifacts, mapping test cases to corresponding requirements. Identify, document, and coordinate the required test environments, test data, external interface stubs, simulators, and integration points, while working with DevOps to provision andmaintainthese environments to ensure availability and consistency. Define the decision framework for releases (quality gates, critical defect thresholds, performance benchmarks, and security checks, etc.) while also ensuring verification readinesstimelyexecution and completion of test activities. Analyzetesting outcomes, metrics,and defect trends toidentifybottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and product quality. Lead a cross-functional QA team, ensuring that testers are well-trained in test plans and strategies, while building technical capabilities within the team and fostering a culture of quality. Technical Responsibilities: Understanding of large language models (LLMs), GenAI, and prompt engineering concepts. Integrate GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and GenAI to automate QA workflows with AI-driven test generation and coverage optimization. Guide SDETs in the implementation and maintenance of modern test frameworks such as Playwright and k6. Set up and configure the Xray test management framework in Jira by organizing test repositories, defining workflows for test case creation, review, and execution. Create andmaintainJira/Xray dashboards tomonitortest progress, test data/environment readiness, and real-time execution metrics such as pass/fail rates, defect trends, and quality indicators. Automate test execution in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines with integrated reporting in Xray/Jira and real-time alerts for quality assurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
