We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Transition Service Agreement Manager . Deliverables Own and manage the IT Transition Service Agreement and Post-Close Governance framework across assigned deals in Spain and Mexico, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. Track, prioritize, and drive TSA Exit plans to ensure timely separation from all TSA obligations. Manage, update, and maintain weekly status reports covering TSA activities, milestones, risks, and escalations as directed by JCI. Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business stakeholders in both regions to develop and monitor exit readiness plans. Identify and document requirements for separation workstreams; collaborate with internal tech teams and 3rd‑party SIs to develop Statements of Work including scope, timeline, and cost. Work with VMO‑GO for budgetary spend approvals and PO creation related to TSA exit initiatives. Develop project cost estimates and manage TSA exit budgets in collaboration with the IT Deal Lead. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, status reviews, and governance forums across Spanish and Mexican stakeholders. Serve as primary escalation point for TSA‑related issues across both deals, resolving conflicts and surfacing risks to the IT Deal Lead. Requirements 5‑7 years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 2‑3 years focused on M&A Transition Service Agreement management post‑close. Demonstrated experience managing TSA exits, including separation of comingled IT services across applications and infrastructure. Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — required to support deals in Spain and Mexico; English proficiency also required. Experience with cross‑border or multi‑geography deal execution strongly preferred. Strong understanding of IT landscapes including ERPs, infrastructure, and cloud services in the context of carve‑outs and divestitures. Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams required. Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities across multiple concurrent deals. Strong stakeholder management – able to engage and influence at both operational and senior leadership levels.
