This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations. Responsabilities Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. vendor creation is timely, invoices match to PO's correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.) Review PCard statement submissions for compliance Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros.Discovery processes and systems Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred Experience in Peoplesoft Financials and SAP is preferred A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Should have a complete understanding of the PTP process Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently Proven track record in meeting deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
