We're seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Professional to ensure exceptional standards across our manufacturing operations. What will you do: Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives by coordinating with manufacturing engineers and quality control teams to exceed customer expectations Conduct comprehensive quality audits, analyze results, and implement preventive solutions to maintain highest quality standards Drive root cause analysis for quality issues, develop corrective actions, and monitor improvement plans to ensure effective resolution Establish and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to consistently deliver premium products Collaborate across departments to identify potential quality concerns and implement preventive measures What will make you successful: Proven track record in manufacturing quality assurance, specifically in process monitoring and improvement Strong background in quality management systems and regulatory compliance Expertise in quality audit procedures and corrective action implementation Advanced problem‑solving abilities and analytical mindset Excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills Requierements: Bachelor Degree +3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Manufacturing Background Core tools experience & continuous improvement Experience with 8D, AMEF/PFMEA, quality controls, control plan, 5S & ISO 9001 ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus Project Manager Experience is a plus SPC knowledge is a plus Leadership skills English Advanced Schneider Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
