Operational Vision Define the operational vision and translate business goals into actionable operational plans. Assist CHH Principals in the design of scalable systems and processes for manufacturing, logistics, customer experience, after-sales quality/satisfaction. Project Management Own the overall operational project roadmap; structure, prioritize, and track all major initiatives. Set timelines, milestones, quality/risk assessments, vendor onboarding and other process rollouts, and technology implementations. Oversee the Operations Associate’s project management systems and execution of task-level workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals. Vendor & Partner Management Assist CHH Principals in the selection of manufacturers, logistics providers, warehouse/3PL partners, material suppliers, and packaging vendors. Advise on pricing, terms, service levels, and production schedules. Financial Modeling and Forecasting Alongside CHH Workshop’s dedicated accounting team, build and maintain financial, operational, and profit‑sharing models. Advise leadership on cost optimization, gross margin improvement, and budget prioritization. Supply Chain Architecture & Inventory Planning Assist CHH Principals in the design of an end-to‑end supply chain structure appropriate for modular SKUs. Oversee demand and align production with growth targets and cash constraints. Help set inventory strategy—safety stock, reorder points, and lead‑time buffers. Other Ad Hoc Responsibilities Conduct weekly check‑ins with the CHH Principals and stakeholders to ensure the team has clear priorities. Identify the tech stack required to support scalable ops (ERP, WMS, TMS, inventory tracking, customer service tooling). Oversee import/export compliance, product safety standards, and regulatory requirements; develop risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions, quality issues, and fulfillment delays. Support hiring plans for future operations roles as the team scales. Requirements 3+ years of strong operational experience and demonstrable leadership in projects and cross‑functional initiatives. Proficiency in Google Workspace is a must; familiarity with a range of project management, CRM, and accounting software is preferred. Ability to coordinate projects between numerous stakeholders.
