Overview As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of production processes, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, cost, and time standards established by the company and the client. You will lead work teams under principles of operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, optimizing resources and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position reports to Production Manager. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and control the manufacturing of products to meet the production schedule within the defined timeframe, quantity, and specifications. Monitor and manage compliance with operational indicators (KPIs) and daily reports from the mid-level managers under your responsibility. Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.) and guarantee that procedures and strategies are applied throughout the production process. Lead projects focused on waste reduction and process optimization, proposing administrative and operational improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Effectively manage the control of production inputs to ensure proper use, avoiding waste, under‑utilization, or misuse. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
