Overview Monks is seeking a Visual Quality Analyst (QA) to join our global quality team supporting one of the biggest clients in the world . You will play a key role in ensuring visual excellence across large‑scale digital campaigns and assets produced by cross‑functional creative and production teams. This role requires an expert eye for design, deep knowledge of testing tools, and the ability to manage complex QA processes for high‑volume, high‑visibility creative output. Responsibilities Review and test a wide range of digital assets (banners, images, videos, and more) with exceptional precision and attention to detail. Execute QA strategies and test plans for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and top‑tier quality. Identify, document, and prioritize bugs using standardized tracking tools; triage issues based on severity and impact. Collaborate with designers, producers, and developers to resolve visual and technical issues efficiently. Review specifications, brand guidelines, and design documents to anticipate potential quality risks. Maintain fluent use of content Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems for organizing, retrieving, and tracking digital content. Troubleshoot issues within the DAM system and suggest process improvements. Create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, test plans, and visual validation checklists. Support overall operational efficiency by suggesting process improvements in testing and bug management workflows. Work hands‑on with Photoshop , Adobe Premiere , Sketch , and other creative tools to validate and analyze visual deliverables accurately. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Testing, preferably within creative production, digital advertising, or post‑production environments. Strong understanding of graphic design principles and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud , Media Info, Frame.io, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Sketch. Hands‑on experience with QA methodologies , testing processes, and bug‑tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar). Advanced attention to visual detail, with the ability to identify subtle inconsistencies across formats and platforms. Proven ability to create, execute, and manage QA test plans for large‑scale or complex campaigns. Strong collaboration skills; able to work cross‑functionally with design, production, and technology teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in documentation creation, workflow mapping, and delivering training to larger groups. Highly organized, proactive, and self‑sufficient — capable of owning multiple QA tracks simultaneously. Based in Mexico City , with availability to work from the office three days per week .
