About the Role Own the operational upkeep of the Global Print library of titles (e.g., add, update, retire titles as needed) Maintain and update product information to ensure consistency across eStores (title names, descriptions, SKUs/part numbers, regions, languages, availability/status) Ensure titles are aligned to current standards for eStore publishing and findability (taxonomy/category mapping, naming conventions, required attributes) Prepare titles for eStore launch/refresh by validating required data fields and verifying content completeness Coordinate and execute catalog updates in publishing tools/eCommerce systems Support timely releases by tracking updates to completion and confirming publish success in each target eStore/region Manage associated print assets (cover images, PDFs, spec sheets, marketing copy) to ensure correct versions are stored and referenced Confirm that the latest approved files are used and that obsolete files are removed or clearly archived Run routine audits to identify and correct errors (missing fields, broken links, incorrect status, outdated versioning, duplicate titles) Validate accuracy through spot checks and systematic QC before and after publishing updates Document issues, assist with triage, and partner with system owners to prevent repeat defects Serve as the tactical point‑of‑contact for internal stakeholders (marketing, product, regional eCommerce, operations, localization) to gather updates and approvals Manage intake of change requests, clarify requirements, and drive actions to closure Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently About You 4–6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst – Global Print EPM Background includes maintaining SOPs, checklists, and governance rules for title setup, updates, and retirement Track updates with reporting (volume of updates, cycle time, defect trends) Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work cross‑functionally Proficiency with catalog and publishing tools, data validation, and quality control processes Experience in a global, multi‑region eStore environment is preferred What’s in it For You?
