Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related business field. 3+ years of progressive leadership or supervisor experience managing financial operational teams. 5+ years of hands‑on experience in high‑volume accounts payable environments. Strong knowledge of period‑end accounting close procedures, invoice accruals, and internal compliance frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
