Manage automation/control projects for internal and external processes Plan CAD designs, documentation, and implement model/SOP/EOP changes Drive continuous improvement in automation and control systems Develop and maintain monitoring/control tools (HTML/web-based) Implement and sustain poka-yoke systems in optimal condition Support plant problem-solving via automation and process improvements Analyze and digitize process data for control across assembly and supply chain Conduct FMEA-based risk workshops and apply MES standards Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper equipment/material use Communicate technical automation changes to departments Report equipment issues and potential cybersecurity threats A pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities. Engineering/TSU in automation, electronics, or related 3+ years of automotive experience Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001/14001, CQI-8, AIAG core tools & FMEA Experience in assembly processes and equipment automation (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Keyence, etc.) Skilled in drives, motors, servos; diagram reading (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) Experience leading multidisciplinary teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
