We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Administrative Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team with daily administrative operations. This role is primarily responsible for creating and updating job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) based on information received from Hiring Managers. The position requires a high level of accuracy, consistency, and comfort working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Key Responsibilities Create, upload, and maintain job requisitions in the ATS (SuccessFactors) based on daily requests from Hiring Managers Process approximately 40 job requisitions per day while maintaining strong accuracy and data integrity Review requisition details to ensure completeness and compliance with internal standards before submission Track and organize incoming requisition requests and ensure timely system updates Maintain clear documentation and follow established Talent Acquisition processes Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders to clarify or resolve discrepancies as needed Support additional administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition operations when required Requirements Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality High level of reliability and consistency in high‑volume administrative work Ability to work a 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST schedule Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus Background in Talent Acquisition, HR administration, or similar administrative roles is preferred Benefits Christmas Bonus: 30 days, to be paid in December
