Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and warehouse staff, promoting a strong performance culture. Ensure inventory accuracy through proper controls and cycle count procedures. Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse layout, processes, and material flow to enhance safety, productivity, and operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments. Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
