This role plays a critical part in driving Carrier Excellence culture across the plant by leading Lean transformation projects, coordinating A3 problem-solving activities, and developing high-performing teams that deliver measurable business results.**Key Responsibilities:**As a Carrier Excellence Manager, you’ll be responsible for:* Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, lead time reduction, cycle time optimization, and cost savings across manufacturing operations.* Coordinate and drive A3 meetings, problem-solving activities, and Lean transformation projects to improve operational performance.* Manage and develop a team of Carrier Excellence professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational goals.* Apply Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies to drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and manufacturing excellence.* Analyze operational performance metrics and lead initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.**Requirements**We are looking for people who are analytical, results-driven, hands-on, collaborative, and passionate about operational excellence.
