Education Recent college graduate or early‑career professional Engineering . Experience Maximum two years of experience. Genuine interest in supply chain / manufacturing process / problem solving . Language Full professional proficiency in English (oral, reading, writing, and listening). Soft Skills Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position. Negotiation skills is a plus. Self‑motivated / independent / resourceful. Willing to learn. Hard Skills Analytical skills (data‑driven and capable of analyzing multiple scenarios). Extra Academic Achievements Examples of leadership and collaboration skills are a must!
