General Manager Apodaca, NL, Mexico Full-Time We are seeking a strong General Manager to build and lead our operations in Mexico. This role will own business performance, systems integration execution, local supply chain development, and customer delivery in support of our growth across Mexico and North America. This is a build role, not a maintenance role. The right person will create the operating platform in Mexico, build the local team and supplier base, drive customer confidence, and establish a scalable foundation for long-term growth. Our customer delivers industrial automation solutions across turnkey systems, robotics, automated assembly, material handling, conveying, warehouse automation, in-plant logistics, and warehouse management solutions. Our Mexico operation is a strategic initiative for local execution, localization, and responsive support for customers in automotive, EV, industrial manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics-intensive environments in North America ( Mexico, US & Canada) Lead and scale organizations Mexico operations with full accountability for growth, execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Build a strong local operating model for project execution, commissioning, customer support, and future expansion. Develop the Mexico supply chain strategy, including supplier identification, qualification, localization, and performance management. Build a reliable network of suppliers, subcontractors, and service partners across mechanical, electrical, controls, fabrication, and installation. Lead end-to-end execution of automation and logistics projects from planning and sourcing through installation, commissioning, launch, and handover. Report to organizations USA team all operational and financial information as mandated. Support business development by engaging customers on automation strategy, warehouse automation, intralogistics, and material flow improvement opportunities. Drive operating discipline across schedule, quality, margin, cash flow, risk, and customer issue resolution. Build and lead a high-performing local team across project management, sourcing, field operations, and support functions. Ensure compliance with local labor, safety, and business regulations in Mexico. This role will report to the Director in Mexico. Requirements: 12+ years of leadership experience in industrial automation, systems integration, capital equipment, warehouse automation, material handling, or a similar industrial environment. Proven experience leading a business unit, country operation, or major project organization with operational budget accountability. Strong experience building or scaling supply chains and supplier ecosystems in Mexico or North America. Strong customer-facing leadership and commercial acumen. Experience leading cross-functional teams across projects, sourcing, engineering, and field execution. Fluent in English and Spanish. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field. Preferred background Experience in automotive, EV, industrial manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics heavy operations. Experience with AGVs, conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, palletizing, EMS, or warehouse software solutions. Familiarity with digital factory tools, simulation, or virtual commissioning environments is a plus but not necessary. Range: 200,000 to 225,000 MXN /per month
