Windchill PLM Technical Lead – Hybrid in Guadalajara We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill PLM Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience to join a long-term enterprise project. This role focuses on leading development teams, implementing PLM solutions, and ensuring best practices in Windchill environments aligned with engineering and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Lead development and support of Windchill PLM applications. Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and best practices enforcement. Design, customize, and configure Windchill components such as PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, and InfoEngine. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering and manufacturing environments. Design and manage integrations with CAD, ERP, and custom systems. Ensure system performance, scalability, and security. Support data migration and system optimization initiatives. Work with development tools and version control systems. Technical Skills Required 7+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development and support Strong experience with Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine) Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML Experience with Eclipse, Git/SVN, and DevOps tools (YAML) Experience with Oracle SQL and database queries Knowledge of CAD data management and Change Management processes Experience integrating Windchill with ERP (e.g., SAP) and CAD systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field Advanced English Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills Location & Schedule Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM We Offer Premium benefits in Aguinaldo, Vacations, and Prima Vacacional.
