Role Overview Impetus is hiring for a New Business Development Manager based out of LATAM region to build and leverage executive-level relationships to expand Impetus’s presence with key regional Banking and Financial Services clients. The role will be responsible for developing and expanding enterprise relationships and clearly articulating Impetus’ value proposition, capabilities, and differentiated offerings, while engaging with senior stakeholders through a value‑based, consultative sales approach. The role will strongly build, and maintain long‑term relationships with Key banking client stakeholders, to advance complex sales cycles and drive sustained portfolio growth in the region. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify, prospect, and acquire new opportunities within Banking, Financial Services clients. Develop and execute account penetration strategies for greenfield accounts. Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and discovery to solution designing, negotiation, and deal closure. Drive first‑deal wins and establish a solid foundation for long‑term account expansion and growth. Build and manage a robust and predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities. Leverage multiple demand channels, including cold outreach, referrals, partner ecosystems, events, and alliances. Track opportunities, maintain pipeline hygiene, and deliver accurate forecasts. Client Engagement Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and IT / transformation stakeholders. Lead solutions focused discussions aligned to client business priorities and outcomes. Positioning the organization as a trusted strategic partner, not just a service provider Internal Collaboration Partner closely with pre‑sales, delivery, solution architects, and leadership teams Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, solution shaping, and pricing discussions. Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery to support long‑term client success. Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in IT sales, with strong exposure to pure hunting / net‑new sales roles Building and managing a strong Sales Pipeline Proven expertise selling digital transformation, cloud, AI, data analytics, and IT services. Ability to operate independently in high‑pressure, target‑driven environments. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 8+ years of selling experience in IT services or consulting firms to Banking clients. Demonstrated success managing mid to large size Banking, Financial Services clients based out of US and LATAM region. Strong background in deal closure, account growth, and P&L ownership Executive‑level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong commercial judgment and financial acumen Client‑first mindset with excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
