Position overview: The Trade Compliance and Logistics Support role will focus on ensuring compliant import/export operations for Accelleron's Mexico operations, including customs, freight, and data management. Your responsibilities Trade Compliance & Customs Support : Day‑to‑day import and export compliance activities for Mexico operations; support accurate customs tariff classification (HS codes), NAMs, and customs valuation in coordination with brokers and internal stakeholders; support Free Trade Agreement (FTA) utilization (e.g., USMCA), including preferential origin documentation and recordkeeping; coordinate with customs brokers for timely and compliant customs clearance; maintain organized and auditable trade compliance documentation (certificates of origin, import/export records, broker files); support customs audits, internal trade reviews, and corrective actions; identify potential trade compliance risks or deviations and elevate accordingly. Transportation & Logistics Support : Manage inbound and outbound transportation activities (road, air, sea, courier) in line with service and compliance requirements; monitor shipments, transit times, and delivery performance; support issue resolution with logistics service providers; support freight cost analysis, carrier performance monitoring, and logistics KPI tracking; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to transportation flows and logistics processes. Systems, Data & Reporting : Support TT&L processes within ERP and trade compliance systems (e.g., SAP/GTS or equivalent); maintain accurate master data related to Incoterms, customs, and logistics parameters; prepare and update TT&L trackers and reports, including compliance metrics, savings initiatives, and operational dashboards; provide data and analysis for regional and global TT&L reporting. Collaboration & Governance : Act as the local TT&L point of contact for Mexico, supporting business stakeholders while ensuring alignment with regional TT&L governance; work closely with the Regional TT&L Manager – Americas on compliance topics, projects, audits, and process standardization; support TT&L supervision and controlling activities, including TIB‑related processes; participate in regional TT&L initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Your background Education : Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Experience : 2–4 years in trade compliance, customs, logistics, or transportation, preferably in an international or industrial environment, with knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and Incoterms.
