A leading global manufacturing company is looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer requirements. This position will play a key role in problem-solving, product validation, and continuous improvement, supporting operations to achieve excellence in quality and reliability. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within automotive or advanced manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and Core Tools (SPC, MSA, 8D, 5Why). Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Experience with measurement equipment (CMM, vision systems, gauges). Audit experience (internal and customer). Problem-solving and analytical skills (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, DOE). Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading, customer communication). Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations. Support APQP activities and documentation for new product launches. Conduct PPAP submissions and maintain accurate control plans. Perform PFMEA reviews with cross-functional teams. Manage and analyze SPC and MSA data, ensuring system reliability. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools. Coordinate product and process audits (internal and external). Generate technical quality reports for management and customers. Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement. Train operators and engineers on quality standards and tools.
