HR Advisor We are looking for an HR Advisor to support HR processes and employee inquiries, ensuring high service quality and data integrity across our platforms. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support on HR queries and issues, acting as first point of contact by phone or case management. Develop and maintain knowledge articles to improve the internal knowledge base. Handle standard and non-standard HR policy requests, onboarding and offboarding support. Process transactions in HR systems (Workday, Service-Now, SNOW) to maintain accurate employee data for current and former employees. Deliver specialized administrative support to HR leaders, managers and vendors. Produce reporting and audit data; monitor KPI and SLA metrics with Service Model leadership. Coordinate interactions with external vendors and Centers of Expertise (COE). Assist employees with enrollment in payroll and time-tracking systems (ADP, Meta4, Workday). Calculate overpayment, military, jury duty and other payroll adjustments. Qualifications Advanced oral and written English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field. Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, macros – desirable). High customer service orientation with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong partnership skills and the ability to collaborate with peers and customers. Experience Desirable experience in HR Service Centers, HR operations or payroll functions.
