Be prepared for a hectic, fast‑paced, and challenging environment. You’ll never have a dull moment! Role Responsibilities Lead the Portfolio and Commercial Intelligence team. Be responsible for leading the monthly portfolio distribution processes, seeking opportunities for optimization and automation. Lead the company’s priority project on the unification and standardization of current data sources. Generate insights from portfolio and organizational database information managed daily in the department to seek efficiencies. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data insights to senior management, sales team and strategy team. Build, monitor, and optimize existing data sources to support decision‑making. Ecosystem collaboration and mechanism building. Maintain close communication with key stakeholders to align objectives and priorities, establishing long‑term, win‑win cooperation mechanisms. Own and deliver monthly results for the commercial team’s strategic measurement projects. Propose new initiatives to improve data visibility and understanding. Evaluate and enhance sales processes using data analysis to ensure efficiency, productivity, and scalability. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement improvements. Oversee the CRM system to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and seamless integration with other tools and systems. Work closely with Sales, Strategy and Operations teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and data usage across the organization. Role Qualifications 7+ years of demonstrated success in high‑performance environments with operation and strategy focus. Advanced knowledge and handling of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI. Bachelor/ Master degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, economics, computer science). Background in consulting (preferred). Strategic Thinking & System Design: Ability to distill core issues from complex business scenarios and design systematic solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent presentation skills, focusing more on substance than style, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Experience defining and implementing scalable processes and solutions. Hands‑on mentality. Feel comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and macro level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Full proficiency in English & Spanish.
