Overview At Arcelor Mittal's Integral Strategy Area, we’re looking for a Strategy & Planning manager based at our Monterrey office to support the strategy team of Arcelor Mittal Mexico, USA and Canada. The role will assess organizational performance, develop achievable goals, and implement processes that improve effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. The manager should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Carry out research, analysis and monitoring of the market, revealing important data for the company to establish objectives and strategies. Provide national and regional monitoring of key companies in the steel industry. Support and guide senior management decision‑making processes to detect company failures and opportunities presented by the market, aligning both bridges to build a win‑win relationship between brand and market. Support energy management analysis, covering different aspects of such risks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in economy, finance, engineering or related fields. MBA preferred. Research experience, analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
