Responsibilities Support the operation and analytical efforts at Klar. Perform data analysis and create presentations. Identify areas for improvement across processes. Automate processes to increase efficiency. Execute manual operations using internal software applications. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Engineering, Digital Business Transformation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar. Advanced English proficiency; most internal communication occurs in English. Advanced Excel skills – knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc. Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency. Basic Python knowledge. Tableau experience is a plus. Soft Skills Problem‑finder and problem‑solver: able to tackle broad questions and generate solutions. Self‑starter and proactive: requires minimal supervision and seeks new work streams. Organized and structured: plans and structures efforts for maximum effectiveness. Analytical and critical thinker: uses data to test hypotheses rather than relying on gut feelings. Strong written and verbal communication skills: can convey findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Collaborative: willing to help others and ask for help when needed.
