Job Mission Plan, organize, and manage educational strategies for clients (Direct Channel and Distributors) and the company's internal team, helping to achieve the brand's objectives, with a focus on color growth. Duties and Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the National Master Trainers team, ensuring their development and the achievement of established objectives. Collaborate with Direction to establish an annual incentive plan for the NMT team. Proper monitoring and control of local KPIs and sharing with HQ. Ensure the proper training and coaching of the NMT team to optimize their performance and fully utilize the brand's tools. Effectively manage the educators' activity schedules (calendar to be shared with commercial team also), for both Direct Sales and Distributors. Understand the educational needs of the commercial team, create an education plan accordingly, and ensure its effective execution. Establish together with Direction the structure of the education department and actively participate in the recruitment and selection of the education team when necessary, ensuring their proper training and continuous development. Organize TTTs (Train the Trainers) and visits from International Artists, organize local Education events and ensure proper budget management, promotion, and event closure. Maintain constant communication with Distributors, regarding educational matters, ensuring their optimal performance and providing adequate follow-up. Ensure the proper allocation of resources and facilities for all activities related to the Education department. Plan all travel and accommodation needs based on the calendar and budget. Maintain proper control of courses/invoices/payments for Distributors according to their current Education annex (contract). Understand the needs of the Technical Studio and equip it accordingly. Execute Education activities within the established budget limits, optimizing the cost-benefit ratio. Follow up and comply with the annual Budget assigned to the education department. Person Specification and Requirements Preferably have experience in HairCare Education. At least 3-5 years in the professional beauty industry. Being able to manage a variety of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and in multi-tasking / project management. Have strong interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, educators and the Davines community in general. Domain of the Office package, mainly Excel and Power Point. Excellent proactive interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency is essential. Works closely with the Commercial/Marketing team within the subsidiary, with HQ Education (Italy) and with Distributors to understand educational needs and act accordingly.
