Act as an ERP/SAP subject matter expert, with strong Excel and database skills. Assist, support, and provide backup coverage for Supply Chain team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide support for special projects and related activities. Ensure uninterrupted material supply. Support Material Planning by expediting orders to ensure on-time deliveries when required. Monitor potential supply risks and take proactive actions to mitigate them. Monitor and update the MRP system as needed to ensure material availability. Escalate issues for critical parts in a timely manner (Upper Management, Customers, and Suppliers). RESPONSIBILITIES Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (approximately 70%). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Experience in Material Procurement . SAP knowledge is required. YOUR BACKGROUND Previous experience in the Supply Chain area. Lean methodology and/or problem-solving training. Strong analytical skills. Good verbal and written English communication skills. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn continuously, and clearly set expectations to achieve results. Resilience, viewing challenges as opportunities for learning and growth. Willingness to share knowledge and experience to promote team development and balanced growth.
