Responsibilities Design and implement digital strategies to attract and convert high-net-worth individuals. Manage the sales funnel, ensuring optimal conversion timelines. Oversee the end-to-end client experience, delivering excellence aligned with the premium segment. Supervise and support the sales team during high-value negotiations and closings. Represent the company to clients, brokers, and investors. Manage key commercial KPIs, sales funnel metrics, and digital campaign ROI. Identify luxury market trends and propose differentiating strategies to position developments within this niche. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management within premium real estate or other luxury sectors. Proven experience in digital marketing and high-quality lead generation. Advanced English required (spoken and written). Proficiency in real estate CRMs, digital tools, and budget management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
