We are actively seeking a Teaching Assistant to support classroom teaching and student development. Role Summary As a Teaching Assistant you will support teachers in delivering high‑quality lessons, provide individualized and small group support, manage classroom behaviour, assist with resources, and contribute to student well‑being and progress in line with the school’s safeguarding and curriculum framework. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning, including SEN, ELL or gifted learners. Support differentiated instruction and integrate technology into classroom activities. Supervise students during transitions, recess, meals and other non‑classroom times. Encourage student independence and active participation. Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment. Support students’ social and emotional development, following safeguarding policies. Assist in managing behaviour effectively under teacher guidance. Model respectful and responsible behaviour. Collaborate with teachers, coordinators and other staff in planning and professional development. Contribute ideas to enhance classroom practice and school initiatives. Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom resources and displays. Supervise and help organize school events and enrichment activities.
