We partner closely with founders and leadership teams to deliver talent solutions with speed, quality, and long-term impact. Role Overview This is a full-cycle sales role — not just meeting generation. You will be responsible for opening new opportunities, building relationships with US clients, running discovery, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys ownership, and knows how to sell services (not just IT products). Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify meetings with potential US clients Sell nearshore staffing and professional services solutions Build strong relationships with founders and decision-makers Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions Work closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams Maintain CRM visibility and pipeline management Drive consistent revenue growth Ideal Profile ✔ Strong closer mentality — not only meeting generation ✔ Experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B) ✔ Experience selling staffing, nearshore, HR services, or professional services ✔ Comfortable selling more than just IT solutions ✔ Advanced English fluency ✔ Experience working with US small to medium-size clients ✔ Comfortable reporting directly to leadership ❌ Enterprise-only sales profiles are NOT a fit.
