About the role Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving forward. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do. We’re looking for a Technology Manager to support our payments in Mexico, focusing on technology operations, risk management and resilience, and regulatory readiness. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams, as well as local regulators, to ensure our platforms operate in line with Mexican regulatory requirements while remaining aligned with group standards. What you’ll be doing Ensuring compliance of the SPEI system with all regulatory and IT requirements (Banxico) Managing system changes, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements Handling incidents and outages, including communication with regulators Monitoring system performance, identifying risks, and addressing SLA breaches Leading regulatory projects and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders Managing regulatory interactions, including audits, examinations, and reporting Defining and tracking KPIs to monitor system performance and compliance Identifying and escalating risks, ensuring timely remediation Maintaining audit evidence and supporting regulatory documentation Driving continuous improvement of processes, controls, and playbooks What you’ll need 6+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, or tech architecture within financial services or fintech 5+ years of experience working with SPEI/SPID systems, from third‑party vendors or in‑house solutions Experience working in regulated environments, including interacting with regulators, auditors, or supervisory bodies A solid understanding of technology governance, risk management, compliance, and operational resilience A technical background with a tech stack that includes cloud and containers Knowledge of tech controls across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and third‑party services, and how those controls operate in practice Impressive analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
