About the role Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They are the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow‑level service at the heart of Revolut. We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Team Lead who understands what it takes to motivate and lead a team. You’ll be developing a solid foundation for our operations and innovating on ways to scale it quickly and effortlessly. What you’ll be doing Managing a team of 5–10 FTEs Leading the daily performance of employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLA expectations Conducting regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews Challenging processes and procedures for continuous improvement Raising awareness of unusual trends in performance Seeking to go above and beyond the role by taking ownership of difficult problems, resolving ongoing issues, and being a leader in the workplace What you'll need Fluency in English (C1+ level) 1+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines To know how to communicate positively, clearly, and effectively with members of various internal teams, outside counsel, and regulators To be someone who demonstrates sound judgement Experience in customer support Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
