Job Summary Containerboard System Support role focused on translating business requirements into technology solutions and providing end‑to‑end support for Containerboard software and data services. Responsibilities Work with Containerboard businesses to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions. Support ad‑hoc data requests such as extracts or database views and answer data‑related questions from business users. Perform impact analysis, develop business requirements, and create process and project documentation. Involved in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, implementation, and testing for small projects and enhancements. Provide application support, including hands‑on development tasks such as bug fixes and changes. Handle end‑user questions and issues, user access reviews, and reporting. Participate in on‑call support at least one week per month. Qualifications Experience with SQL Server Transact‑SQL or PL/SQL. Experience on Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET framework, JavaScript). Fast learner who takes initiative to learn new technologies and improve processes. Available for after‑hours and weekend on‑call support as needed. Flexible and willing to accept changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills. Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem‑solving ability. Customer focused with effective oral and written communication skills.
