Designs, implements and manages Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure vehicles and parts comply with strict safety, regulatory, and industry standards. They drive continuous improvement, lead internal and external audits, and conduct root‑cause analyses to eliminate defects and streamline manufacturing processes. Responsibilities System Maintenance: Develop, deploy and maintain quality policies in alignment with industry standards such as ISO/IATF 16949. Quality Management System: Coordinate internal audits to ensure regular regulatory compliance. Process Control: Monitor quality on the production floor. Lead defect analysis, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions; conduct Layered Process Audits. Specialized Audits: Independently execute VDA 6.3 Process Audits and VDA 6.5 Product Audits. Apply specialized CQI controls. External Audit Management: Address requirements from OEM customers and third‑party certification bodies. Present corrective action reports. New Product Introduction: Lead the application of the five Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) in NPI projects. Non‑conformance Control: Manage the isolation and disposition of non‑conforming products across raw materials, in‑process stages, and finished goods. Metrics and Training: Establish quality objectives, issue monthly/quarterly reports, and provide training to personnel. Change Management: Evaluate quality risks associated with engineering changes and process optimization. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Automotive multinational or JV company. Good written and oral communication skills in English. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork. Good knowledge of IATF 16949 standard. Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CONTROL PLAN, GD&T. Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
