Industry Client Solutions Manager, Performance (Apps/Leads) - LATAM Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A15522 Responsibilities Serve as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders, delivering solutions that include product adoption, strategy, and optimizations to align marketing objectives with business goals. Combine product developments, market landscape, and competitor activity insights to give clients, agencies and internal teams a holistic view of strategic next steps. Drive and facilitate adoption of Pixels, MMPs, and APIs where appropriate. Build Test & Learn plans in conjunction with measurement solutions (BLS, CLS, Ad Effectiveness, etc.) across full‑funnel strategies. Develop narratives, workshops, and business reviews to educate and upskill clients in charting the way forward. Take responsibility for campaign setup checks, performance monitoring and optimization suggestions for every client in the book of business. Sense‑check and challenge media plans, providing suggestions to set clients up for success. Manage and grow post‑sale relationships with brands and their agency teams, steering account growth and success. Own conversations around Always On and Performance objectives to support the Brand Partnerships team in revenue attainment. Gather, analyze, and present data along with insights and actionable next steps as part of post‑campaign reporting or account audits. Prioritize tasks by urgency and impact in alignment with Brand Partnerships Managers. Build trusting relationships and robust communication with internal teams and external client & agency teams to ensure sustained growth of accounts. Understand the scope of various cross‑functional teams and whom to approach for each purpose. Advocate for product adoption, programs and packages built around specific company or market level priorities. Have an equal stake in account and opportunity planning, working with the Brand Partnerships team to devise innovative solutions and strategies. Track revenue attainment and impact of client activities on the book of business, individually and as a team. Share client, market, and vertical learnings and knowledge across Client Solutions Teams and beyond through case studies or other ad hoc sharings. Qualifications Minimum: 5+ years of experience in account management or client services roles in Apps/Leads. High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English. Experience operating and managing performance campaigns. Experience managing performance advertisers with deep understanding of their challenges. Proficient in campaign management, set‑up and optimization. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance. Understanding of measurement tools such as MMP, pixel implementation, and basic troubleshooting knowledge. Preferred: Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel/PPT.
