The Project Manager, Americas Logistics is responsible for end‑to‑end on time and on budget implementation and deployment of transportation or 3PL/4PL solutions in the Americas region. In this position, the Program Manager also manages the financial and operational performance of the project he/she oversees. The Project Manager, Logistics Americas will collaborate with all functions of the enterprise to ensure successful execution of the project under his/her purview, from requirement analysis to solution design to delivery. The role includes the gathering, blending and analysis of an extensive amount of data and therefore, a proven practice of Business Intelligence is necessary. The Project Manager, Americas Logistics is a business expert whose primary objective is to manage any assigned logistics and supply‑chain projects. In his/her duties, the Project Manager, Americas Logistics introduces the project management framework and applies it to business operations. YOUR BACKGROUND Bachelor's degree in Logistics International or related field Advanced level of English Proficient in MS Office +5 years of experience in similar positions YOUR ROLE Project Leadership: lead project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timing and budget are met, motivate and guide project teams, establish work plans and staffing, assign duties, and coordinate activities and engage in crucial conversations as necessary to drive collaboration, team alignment, and maintain project progress. Planning, Scheduling, and Resource Management: evaluate project proposals, set timelines, funding and deliverables, define achievements, schedule tasks and ensure alignment with business goals. Risk and Quality Management: assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor project progress, maintain project data and documentation integrity, ensure consistency in reporting and documentation. Communication and Reporting: communicate project status, prepare status reports and implement reporting standards, ensure project updates align with business objectives. Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking: benchmark project management performance, identify improvement opportunities and enhance project and portfolio management capabilities. Oversee end-to-end delivery of logistics solutions that contribute to flawless execution of logistics operations in the Americas region. Project management of 3PL/4PL and transportation projects as well as continuous improvement in collaboration with the PC&L and/or supply‑chain teams in the Americas region. Optimization and/or simplification of current/proposed processes. Support implementation, deployment and monitoring of logistics applications and/or systems or 3PL/4PL solutions in collaboration with 3PL/4PL partners. Collaboration with Versigent sites, Supply Chain and Global Logistics functions in multiple areas such as network design, preparation and launching of sourcing events, assessment of operational and financial performances for the Americas logistics network. Consistently and reliably communicate about projects under purview to business stakeholders, both internal and external. Active and productive participation in workshops, including facilitation of workshop events.
