Role Purpose Support the development of custom applications in Windchill Navigate for use in production lines and general office environments, with the objective of creating a more user-friendly graphical interface. The intern will also assist with Windchill-related support activities and gain hands‑on experience in application development, testing, and implementation. Key Responsibilities Support the development of custom applications in Windchill Navigate. Assist in application design, testing, and implementation activities. Help resolve Windchill‑related issues, including procedure issues and ECN issues. Support library cleanup and maintenance activities within Windchill. Provide support to end users by helping troubleshoot issues and responding to questions. Collaborate with the team on development process activities and system improvements. Assist in documenting changes, support activities, and project progress. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Systems or IT. Basic knowledge of programming, SQL, and systems analysis. Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Interest in application development and end‑user support. Ability to identify root causes of issues in a structured way. Desired Skills Interest in PTC Navigate and custom application development. Analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills. Ability to support design, testing, and implementation activities. Attention to detail and willingness to learn system processes.
