Overview Senior Financial Analyst – Legal Organization, Global Functions Key Responsibilities Onit vendor data management, spend reporting, accrual calculations, and monthly narratives. Prepare Onit matters reports for SEC filings and secure approvals. Manage integration of acquisition budgets assigned to Legal. Provide complex financial analysis to guide strategic decision‑making. Forecast financial results and lead business initiatives across finance sub‑functions. Identify process improvement opportunities and engage in design. Represent the business unit during cross‑regional planning processes. Mentor analysts and provide guidance. Qualifications First‑level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (CPA, MBA) preferred. 6+ years of financial analyst experience across multiple finance functions. Excellent understanding of accounting principles and spend management. Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and teamwork skills. Proactive, self‑driven, works independently. Business acumen and knowledge of finance planning cycles (Flash, Budget, LTP). Project management skills.
