Customs Administrator will be a key player supporting customs-related issues and programs, working closely with the team, and using exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with and support our Drivers, the customs brokerage community, and US and Canadian Customs agencies. Responsibilities Providing eManifest information to Canada Customs via ACI. Providing eManifest information to US Customs via ACE. Assisting customer service with any customs related issues. Qualifications Strong ability to adapt to varying situations. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional customer service. Proficient computer skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team. Knowledge of the transportation industry and customs experience are considered assets. Bilingual in Spanish/English, or advanced English language skills.
