You will manage the full podcast lifecycle (2 episodes/month) — from planning and production to publishing, performance tracking, and content repurposing across platforms. This is a hands‑on execution role with ownership , not just coordination. You are responsible for delivering content, tracking results, and improving performance over time . What You’ll Own Own end‑to‑end podcast production (planning, editing, publishing — 2 episodes/month) Manage episode timelines, guest coordination, and release schedules Own content repurposing into: LinkedIn posts Short‑form video (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts) Newsletter content Track and analyze performance metrics (subscribers, watch time, conversions) Manage and maintain the content calendar aligned with marketing goals Run testing initiatives to improve reach, engagement, and growth Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights What Success Looks Like Episodes are consistently produced and published on schedule Content is effectively repurposed across multiple channels Distribution strategies are continuously tested and improved Communication is clear, proactive, and reliable Requirements 3+ years of experience in podcast production and/or digital content management Proven track record with measurable content performance metrics (views, growth, engagement) Strong experience with content repurposing and multi‑channel distribution Proficiency with AI tools for editing, content creation, and analytics Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and funnels Highly organized, self‑directed, and execution‑focused Based in LATAM with EST overlap availability Nice to Have Experience producing business, marketing, or founder‑led podcasts Familiarity with short‑form video editing and distribution strategies Experience working with content‑driven growth teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
